Dance Styles & Curriculum
K-pop
K-Pop dance combines dynamic choreography, musicality, and performance skills inspired by popular Korean artists.
Throughout each term, dancers learn 1 to 2 complete K-pop routines (2 to 3 minutes each) that are carefully selected to match their age and skill level. Classes include both choreography and the foundational techniques needed to perform the routines with confidence. At the end of the school year, students showcase their progress through our annual recital and community performances.

Jazz Funk
Jazz Funk combines the technique and lines of jazz with the energy and style of commercial dance. Dancers develop musicality, body awareness, coordination, confidence, and performance skills through engaging and age-appropriate choreography.
Throughout each term, students learn foundational Jazz Funk techniques such as isolations, turns, lines, flexibility, and performance quality. To help dancers become more versatile performers, classes also explore different styles of jazz, including lyrical, contemporary jazz, and Chinese jazz. By experiencing a variety of movement qualities and artistic approaches, dancers develop stronger technique, greater adaptability, and a deeper understanding of performance and expression. At the end of the school year, students will showcase their progress through our annual recital and community performances.

Hip-hop
Hip-Hop is a dynamic street dance style that emphasizes rhythm, groove, musicality, and self-expression. Dancers build coordination, confidence, and creativity while learning foundational movements that form the basis of many street dance styles.
Throughout each term, students develop core Hip-Hop techniques including grooves, footwork, body control, musicality, and freestyle fundamentals. These skills are applied through age-appropriate choreography and exercises designed to help dancers grow as both performers and artists. At the end of the school year, students will showcase their progress through our annual recital and community performances.

Break Dance
Breaking is an exciting street dance style known for its athletic movements, creativity, and strong connection to music. Dancers develop strength, coordination, balance, and problem-solving skills while exploring the foundations of Hip-Hop culture.
Throughout each term, students learn breaking fundamentals such as top rock, footwork, freezes, transitions, and introductory power movements appropriate for their age and level. Classes focus on progressive skill development in a safe and supportive environment. At the end of the school year, students will showcase their progress through our annual recital and community performances.

Acro, Strength & Technique
Acro, Strength & Technique focuses on developing the physical foundation needed for dancers to move safely, confidently, and efficiently. Students improve flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, and body awareness while learning proper movement mechanics.
Throughout each term, dancers work on age-appropriate acrobatic skills, conditioning exercises, flexibility training, and technical drills that support their overall dance development. To make strength training engaging and effective, we incorporate a variety of equipment and training methods, including bungee fitness, resistance tools, and partner exercises. This class helps students build the strength, control, and confidence needed to excel in all dance styles while reducing the risk of injury.

Performance & Growth Opportunities
At 3Dz Dance, we believe some of the most valuable lessons happen beyond the classroom. Throughout the year, dancers have opportunities to showcase their skills through our annual recital, community performances, competitions, and special events. These experiences help students build confidence, teamwork, stage presence, and lasting friendships while celebrating their growth as dancers.
For students looking to take their training further, additional opportunities such as showcase teams, auditions, and competitive programs are available based on age, experience, and interest. Our pathway system allows every dancer to progress at their own pace while pursuing goals that match their passion and commitment.
